I've been doing paleo for a few months now and cut out all grains, dairy, sugar, junk oils and have seen HUGE improvements in my skin, health, hair etc. But I still have been eating the supermarket grain fed hormone beef. ( all I can get at the moment) I know the omega 6's are harmful but I eat tons of sardines/salmon.
Basically I'm just asking if the hormones/antiobiotics given to the cows have any real effect when you consume them or is it negated by cooking?
