After two months of VLC Paleo (High Fat and protein) I noticed it was not my personally paleoway because i didn't sleep enough, my recovery from crossfit wods was not optimal and i gained more fat than before! So i restart from 40-30-30 (C-P-F) with 16 blocks a day, but for my carb intake I use many varieties of fruits because i don't find out sweet potato and enough pumpkin. I have only a change source from chestnut flour from last autumn. I'm worry about my fructose intake, is it too much?

This is my today intake of carb but it's similar to the others:

- 1 small apple
- 1 normal banana
- 1 normal orange
- 240 gr of strawberries
- 170 gr of carrots raw
- 1 dried prunes

Total Carbohydrate 121g Dietary Fiber ~24.2g Starch ~9.0g Sugars ~75.0g Sucrose
~13745mg Glucose ~18867mg Fructose ~25239mg

I wouldn't worry about your fructose intake. One, it's not that high. Two, it's from a whole food instead of processed HFCS so you get all the benefits of the fiber and micronutrients. Three, you're very active, so your liver should have no problem handling it ... in fact, it may even be beneficial for you.
