how do you start a bounty on a Paleohack question?

Click on the "start a bounty" link under the question. The FAQ has more info about bounties.

Yes, Ed, but Lucas is right I believe. You can only start bounties if you have enough reputation. – Korion Mar 30 2012 at 9:21
