I drink coffee w/ heavy cream in the morning and sprint the sh*t out of a workout, and any juice left in me, I body weight tabatas (burpees, split squats, pull-ups, mountain climbers, and/or stationary bike).
that depletes it right outta ya, then I have a protein-y meal when I get hungry.
Fasting wins for me hands down. I do not want to say that a fast is an excuse to eat like crap, but it is kind of like church. You may have committed some food sins, but do your penance and there is no need to feel guilty about them anymore. I worship at the house of IF every time I have a diet slip up.
