I've been doing PHD type paleo for quite a while now and been feeling awesome compared to before. Overall my symptoms have improved quite noticably but sometimes I catch myself micromanaging every little detail and it causes stress :/ ..But don't we all do that? lol :)
Anyways, I wanted to ask the community about their experience with short and long grain rice. Do you feel any difference in your body? How does one or the other affect constipation? Or any other symptoms..
I know the facts from googling around, I made this question so we can share our experiences with different varities of rice and how it affects our symptoms.
