Hello all. love the site. I looked around for similar subjects and didn't see any with my specifics so here goes.
I've been eating Paleo for about 3 months now. Pretty strict, rarely cheating. I've lost about 35lbs and have another 15 to go. I don't count calories and rarely use high fat items or add fats like coconut oil to my foods. just red meat, pork, eggs and a lot of veggies like broccoli and peppers. Almonds a few times a week. No sugars.
I eat when I'm hungry until I'm not hungry, but some days this may be 800 calories and others 1600. About half and half through a normal week. I'm 33, 5'10, medium build and resting at about 190lbs right now. I feel great, I have completely cut caffeine, sleep well and have great energy. I have absolutely no problems symptom wise living exactly the way I am.
My question is, is it safe? Am I losing muscle? Damaging organs or immune systems? Any other thing I could be afraid of but know about yet? Do I need to add something or if I'm feeling no aide effects, just roll with it?
