I've read plenty of books on paleo diet. I've been practising it for ten years. But unfortunately I'm still wondering where is better to have meals every day, at Hesburger or Mcdonald's?

I'm looking forward to your answers.

I never thought I'd see Hesburger mentioned on PaleoHacks. – Karoliina Mar 31 2012 at 6:49

I am not familiar with Hesburger but if you like your corn fed "beef" irradiated "for you health and sanitation" (which is their public statement on the treatment of their meat) then by all means enjoy your daily quasi-paleo burger at McD's. I hate to sound condescending but those fast food joints are not simply unheatlhy because their menus consist mainly of carbs and hydrogenated oils.

Eat the flies that hang out in the kitchen. That's your safest bet.

Assuming this is a serious question, Hesburger appears to have a gluten-free hamburger:

...so I guess Hesburger is "better", but probably only just barely.

Doesn't strike me as a serious question. – Sol Mar 30 2012 at 19:08
Yeah, I definitely think it's a troll...at least I hope. – Sunny Beaches Mar 30 2012 at 19:13

Neither is ideal and I doubt that either one is better or worse than the other. Every day? I can't imagine making plaeo work having to eat at one of these places every day.

The usual burger joint strategy is just to have the burger without the bun. Maybe with lettuce, tomato. And/or a salad - probably without the PUFA dressing. No fries, shakes or sodas.

That would be a depressing way for me to eat every day - surrounded by fries and shakes that I can't have!
