What are some small habits you have that might not be considered healthy but you can't seem to let go of.
I honestly hate how I judge people based on their dietary choices. I think this is really unhealthy and I'm honestly trying hard to stop it.
I sit in front of the computer reading Paleohacks with posture so bad it's like I'm intentionally trying to reverse the natural curve of my spine. But I'm keto-adapted, so I'll be fine.
I'm always on my tablet before I go to bed. I will just sit in bed and play around online for entirely too long. I'm thinking about having an electronics curfew for myself or making my bedroom an electronics free zone (I already moved my TV out) so I will be able to just go to bed instead of keeping myself up.
the desire for "something sweet" after dinner -- usually squashed with 90% chocolate
eating while on the computer / checking my phone / reading
lately i've been wanting a glass of red after dinner as well
but the biggest of all: i stress myself out ABOUT EVERYTHING. i overthink, overanalyze, set up plans a, b and c, etc...exhausting.
Hot showers are unhealthy? C'mon now. Give yourself a break.
My bad habit: At least once a week I'll forget to set out my meat to defrost, which can throw off my schedule for the evening when I get home from work. Its more annoying than anything.

I can relate to a great many of the habits others have listed. In no particular order, mine are:
--Going to bed too late/not getting enough sleep
--Drinking coffee all day long
--Reading while eating (I think that's especially nasty)
--Forgetting to put on a mask/goggles when I'm filing metal or otherwise working w/unhealthy shop materials
--Getting mad in traffic (seriously, I think this is extremely stressful, and stupid)
Red wine Fridays.
Freaking out at my computer when things go wrong.
Freaking out at calculus assignments and getting super stressed.
Not sleeping enough.
Cooking SO MUCH and then not doing dishes for 3 days...or 4....
I relate to several on your list.
Since starting paleo and getting off sugar and caffeine the nail biting has dramatically decreased, though I'm not used to my nails being longer yet. They seem much healthier, though.
I haven't owned a TV in years so no issue there, but I've definitely taken the computer usage way down. I deleted Facebook and Twitter and cleaned up my email inboxes (including taking the time to unsubscribe from all the spam I've become a target for over the years), and I've been getting outside in the fresh air much more in the past few months. I prefer spending time with people in person rather than staring at "status updates".
I also read the book "The Shallows: What The Internet Is Doing To Our Brains" by Nicholas Carr, which is an expansion of his article Is Google Making Us Stupid?. Interesting stuff. I try to avoid being "plugged in" as much these days. No smartphone or tablet for me.
