I'm rather "new" to Paleo (began on January 1st) BUT I know the foods I love. Every meal, my plate pretty much looks split down the middle: half meat, half veggies. I am afraid that my lack of variety in veggies could potentially cause lack of nutrients. The only veggies that I've eaten the last 3 month are green beans and broccoli (broccoli/cauliflower mix maybe twice a month and baby carrots every once in a while as a snack). I'm not bored with either veggie . . . I love them both and wouldn't mind keeping it exclusive with those guys. I don't like zucchini, cooked carrots, peppers, etc.
Is this a problem?
