Drinks: Coconut milk smoothies is a good idea. Also straight up coconut milk & water. Mineral water. Water infused with fruit. And id personally like unsweetened cranberry mixed with mineral water. Tomato juice? Various forms of kefir (water, milk, goats milk). Also teas - lots of paleo folks are into teas, all kinds of conventional tea + herbals especially relaxing ones like chamomile.
Desserts: fruit based jellies, coconut cream ice cream moderately sweetened with fruit and honey, coconut milk yogurt, berry and other low sugar fruit platters, berrys and whipped coconut cream. Low lactose fermented dairy, like hard and aged cheese platters, small portions of nuts. Perhaps some occasional baked thing with almond and coconut flour.
Store: I agree with coconut aminos (soy alternative), and paleo meat jerky (hard to find, much meat jerky is full of nonsense). Unroasted nuts, especially macadamia. Some of the stuff mentioned above. Free range chicken, eggs, pork, grass fed beef, lamb.
Make sure theres some good root veges (parnsip, taro, sweet potato), for those that are moderate carb, and some fermented or raw dairy options, for those that use dairy. A few fermented items is probably a good idea, some paleos are extra keep on fermented stuff.
If its a store, you could include some non-food items, like barefoot shoes for example. Anything naturally minded. Some herbs and supplements wouldnt go amiss.
