Lately, it seems that my waist size is the same/slightly smaller, but my thighs feel bigger/tighter in my pants. I haven't made any changes to diet, lifestyle...etc. I may be sleeping more and better though.
What's a possible explanation for this business? Hormones, simple weight gain, edema? From experience (and for most guys), I find that the first place I gain weight is in my gut/abdomen.
