I suspect he could do blood tests and consulting. I don't always agree with the guy on everything and wouldn't defer to what he says, but he can hook you up with meaningful testing, that's for sure. – Stabby Apr 6 2012 at 17:18

You could try Dr. Mark Calarco, he is in Franklin. I don't know if he is family friendly, but he is an awesome guy and extremely knowledgeable! He is down with Paleo thing for sure.
