Day 12 of my Whole 30 challenge and everything is going great... down almost 10 lbs, not as tired, etc., all the great things that happen when switching to Paleo. However, I have noticed a few things...
One is that I feel like I have a more of a "fishy" smell to my skin. I don't know if it's coming out of my pours or what and I do notice it more when having sex. Sorry of TMI, but it's very distinct. Is this normal? WTF?
Secondly the last few days I haven't really wanted veggies. Almost hard to eat them. I think I could forgo the veggies for awhile and really not miss them much. Is this a bad idea? Switching to a mostly 100% meat diet? Or will it make me smell even fishier?
