I know the answer is for ME to remove dairy to see if I NOTICE any difference, but before I consider further restricting my universe of food choices, I'm just curious:
Is it common to NOTICE feeling better after removing dairy from an otherwise compliant paleo diet?
(If by chance you removed dairy from your paleo routine, HOW DID YOU FEEL DIFFERENT? Were there any problems or symptoms you had which resolved? )
