Just wanted to know what you all thought of my meal today.

Though, I don't know what your nutritional goals are, what your calorie needs are, etc... I'm fine with low-ish calories, more moderate levels of protein, and higher carborhydrates, but this all seems too low in calories, fat, and protein and a bit high in carbohydrate. Unless you're doing one of the new-kid-on-the-block high-carb paleo diets... In the end, if it works for you, who cares what we all think.
I think that it looks fine, depending on your goals and how far down the Paleo rabbit hole you would like to venture. Your menu looks much, much better than the food that most people consume. For me, this list still has too much processed food in it. Chocolate, animal crackers and ice cream would not be regular staples within my diet. It also appears that you are using a lot of sauces. Even if homemade (ie. mayonnaise and ranch dressing) they are probably less than ideal. I am far from achieving paleo sainthood, believe me, but to contrast, yesterday I ate nothing from a box or a jar - with the exception of a little coconut oil. I ate a pound of good beef, some eggs, coconut oil, a sweet potato, a lot of vegetables. I feel like a million bucks today.
Also, in parenthesis after Breakfast you list "IF". Do you mean intermittent fasting? If so, I assume that you mean that you broke your fast with this meal and that you do not consider it to be fasting after you consumed this meal.
