When it comes to canned/jarred soups, have you found a brand that is paleo- friendly? I know the whole canned thing in general isn't so paleo but in a pinch soups are extremely convenient. If anyone has any brands they like, please share!

I suggest you make your own and freeze them. Then they will be as convenient as canned soup without the bad taste and lack of nutrients. Once you get used to making your own soups you will find it very easy and convenient. I make bone broth and then freeze it in containers and when I want to make soup I just pull out the bone broth and start adding stuff. It might take 1/2 hour to make a soup or it might take five minuets. Tomato soup with bone broth and a little cream can take about 10 minutes.

I wouldn't say that canning isn't paleolithic at all. What's in the can matters much more that the fact it's canned. Soup is one of those easy things that you should not have to buy premade. If you want a shortcut just use premade broth.
