As anyone who follows Paleo/Primal/PHD knows, eating out is tough. You can always count it as your cheat meal but cheat meals can affect how you feel and I want to feel as good as possible.
So, where do you eat and what do you order that does not make you regret it afterwards (or only a little)?
For me, even the old burger without a bun affects me. It may be the quality or cross contamination but I've found I'm better off avoiding this option.
The best options I've found:
Chipoltle: Carnita Bowl (No soy) then add in ingredients depending on how I feel (everything except the lettuce, guacamole, and tomato mix has soy).
Pho: These I've discovered recently and they have been a lifesaver. There is usually some Pho place around and if you can handle rice they are a GREAT option. For those who do not know, Pho is Vietnamese soup made from real bone broth with your choice of meat, various veggies and rice noodles.
