Two weeks ago, I decided to greatly reduce my normally high meat and vegetable consumption and add in a lot of milk, whey powder, and ice cream to my diet. Simultaneously, I tripled my multivitamin dose up to the recommended daily dosage of Orange Triad (I was underdosing before).
Within a few days, all of my mild-but-annoying GI symptoms (bloated feeling when eating, unpredictable stool consistency, and occasional constipation) vanished.
So my question to you is: Which of the two changes do you think was more likely to have caused this: dairy or multivitamin?
