Kurt Harris, MD, of Archevore is probably one of my favourite bloggers out...but I haven't seen him for a whilst and even some of his blog posts have been deleted. Has he withdrawn from the blogosphere or simply on holidays or something?

He occasionally hits comments threads at other blogs - Free the Animal, My Carb Sane Asylum, Hunt Gather Love, etc... – Paleo2.0 Apr 17 2012 at 13:29
This question has been asked before. Multiple times. He posts when he has something to say. And he does comment on other blogs, as noted. (Someone should start a blog of his collected comments...) – Dave S. Apr 17 2012 at 14:18

The Well-Tempered Archivore is an elusive creature, to be sure, as evidenced by a plethora of similar threads.

Experienced Archi-Watchers have snuck a glimpse of the creature in ** NiKoley's Kruse Kaper Komments** over the past week.

TL;DR?

Here's the plot:

NiKoley: Yay, Kruse!

Kruse: ::crickets::

McEwan: Dude, this is so messed up.

NiKoley: Kunt!

Kruse: ::crickets::

Somewhere in there, the Archivore giggled at the whole MRSA (what?! no K?!) thing and waved away all the Krusified with a shoulder shrug.

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.... Our Man Dr. Kruse injected himself with it before undergoing elective plastic surgery 'cause he gained 25 pounds on purpose eating SAD carbs and neglecting to dip himself in the deep freeze. And that... is the ACTUAL TRUTH!!! Word. – Bloop Apr 17 2012 at 13:24
