Not really, but I thought you'd find this amusing. I was bored at work today so I took one of those online quizzes that determines your "real" age (it's OK, I work for myself). It had a lot of questions, and I answered them straight up with my current paleo lifestyle. Turns out my "real" age is 54, which, since I'm actually 57, didn't seem too bad.
Then, because I really was bored, I decided to take it again, but to make my answers pre-paleo. All I changed was that I ate at least 5 servings of whole grain daily, red meat once or less a week, and non-fat dairy products daily. I also put down that I exercised at a challenging cardio pace at least 5 times a week. Guess what -- doing all these things, my "real" age is 48!!!
Of course, that includes daily heartburn, 10 extra pounds, constipation, and a few other things I've mercifully forgotten about.
Amusing -- or maybe not.
