What is the collective opinion about taking supplements with non-Paleo ingredients? Big deal or NBD? As I have Hashimoto's, I seem to be sensitive to all grains including rice, but I find myself in possession of selenium supplements containing whole rice concentrate. I've been holding onto it for like a month, as there are sadly no places to buy another, rice-free version where I live. I realize I'm being a wuss by not taking the dang Selenium to see, but since the Hashimoto's has recently been pretty under control, I'm loath to have a symptom-filled weekend-I thought I'd solicit your experiences!
