No grains? No dairy? No chemicals/preservatives? No soy? If yes to all, then you're good to go for the most part. Don't over think this whole "paleo" thing.

Paleo-puritan answer: pickled-anything and vinegar were not paleolithic foods, so no. Let alone all those spices.

Real answer: yeah! looks yummy and fairly healthy for a sauce. There's no ingredients at-odds with paleo-eating.
