i'm recovering from extremely low magnesium levels and neuromuscular pain. i was going paleo and eating 2 yolks per day but then i read how much calcium they have (dont have numbers handy), and i got a little scared. do you guys think it would be wise for me to cut the calcium down as much as possible? ive read it ahs an inverse relationship with magnesium.

Come on, Holly, there's nothing to worry about. Just take long epsom salt baths :), but please don't try to minimize your calcium intake as much as possible. They're all nutrients, but you won't balance them by cutting out one of them. – Korion Apr 21 2012 at 17:41
But that's not true with potassium and salt. – holly Apr 25 2012 at 2:27

Calcium content
Chicken egg: 56 mg/100g
Chicken egg yolk: 140 mg/100g

That's hardly gonna be an issue.
