I know it's not Paleo, but can you let me know what I can do to my diet to get extremely lean. This is my meal everyday. The Raw Meal is by Garden of Life which is all natural. I am looking to gain lean muscle and get a six pack. I have been doing crossfit for almost a year. I try to eat as natural as possible. I am open to suggestions...thanks!
Breakfast:
1 Cup Steel Cut Oats w/1 tbspn Olive Oil 1 cup Greek Yogurt Nonfat Plain w/blueberries
Snack: 1 scoop Raw Meal
Lunch:
1 5 oz Turkey Burger 93% fat free w/ground spinach and ground onion 2 cups brussell sprouts steamed w/1 tbspn olive oil 1 small macintosh apple
Snack:
1 5 oz Turkey Burger 93% fat free w/ground spinach and ground onion 1 small macintosh apple
Pre-workout:
1 scoop Raw Meal w/ 1 cup Almond Milk Unsweetened
Post Workout:
1 scoop Raw Meal w/ 1 cup Almond Milk Unsweetened 1 scoop of 100% Whey Optimum Nutrition
Dinner:
6 oz chicken breast 2 cups broccoli steamed
Snack:
Salad w/ 1 tbspn olive oil and vinegar
