So I'm looking for more books. Paleo/nutrition books. Like I always am. I loved Good Calories, Bad Calories by Taubes, I loved Robb's Paleo Solution, and I'm looking for more. Specifically though, I want to find some that go into the science and physiology a little more than the average book does. I had a great time reading GCBC and looking up things that he talked about that I didn't know about. Can anyone recommend some good books that maybe get a little deeper into things?
I tried to read Lights Out, and found it way too preachy. Great info, but I couldn't finish it. Mastering Leptin is also sitting on my bookshelf, halfway finished, but I can't get through that one either. I wish that it was written a little better. Ugh. I'm no author myself, and I don't mean to judge these authors either, but I found them difficult to get through. And I'm someone that was RIVETED by the million pages in GCBC.
I hope this isn't a stupid question.
