These fish oil packets taste fantastic - does anyone have any experience with them? They taste like a creamsickle and there are no fish burps. They seem like they would be good for people that want to give their kids fish oil, or who want to take liquid oil but don't like the thought of it (myself included).

Also, thoughts on liquid fish oil vs pills?

Each packet has 230mg DHA, 350mg EPA. Is that good enough or should I take 2?
