I just discovered this "Metabolic Reset".
I haven't bought it yet, but it sounds like it's based on 1 binge day per week followed by a 24hour fast, on a otherwise low carb diet. Seems to be along the lines of Eat Stop Eat, except Pat seems to really encourage the binge (as discussed in the first point of this article)
Any thoughts on this? Putting yourself into an insulin coma and than fasting? Crazy?
