I started this paleo journey at 280 lbs last year. went to have my weight/body fat measured yesterday
206 lbs with 13% bodyfat. 180lbs lean body mass, 27lbs body fat mass. intercellular water 80lbs, extracelluar water 51lbs
Should I lose more weight or concentrate on building more muscle now? in what direction should I go next?
Wow, that's awesome! I guess it really comes down to goals. Do you want to be ripped? Do you want to be just healthy? Do you want to be an endurance athlete? Are you currently working out? What sort of exercise do you do? Etc.. A better understanding of your goals would help to offer more specific advice.
