Purpose: To get some numbers and potentially see some trends.
This is not: about whether cholesterol is good/bad or causes anything. That topic can be discussed elsewhere but it is best if it is kept separate.
I will compile the numbers after a reasonable amount of time/responses.
Has your cholesterol raised after going paleo? Be sure to specify hdl or ldl and any other numbers that seem relevant.
Do you follow strict paleo? Dairy? Legumes? Grains?
80/20, 100% or somewhere in between?
Macro ratio? What is your carb intake?
Do you eat a variety of vegtables?
Have you had a heart attack or been diagnosed with any heart troubles since going paleo? (correlation does not equal causation- lets just get some numbers)
How long have you been paleo and what was your diet beforehand? Vegan? SAD?
Age? Sex? General gentic background if known?
Physical fitness? What type?
Do you practice IF (intermittent fasting) or ADF (alternate day fasting)? (Thank you Nance for the suggestion)
