I will be ordering again from iherb today, and need some ideas, my staples are coconut oil, Apple cider vinegar, Soap bars, Vitamin D3 2000IU, Cod Liver Oil. Some new things that I am thinking of ordering are astaxanthin, Magnesium(which one is more bioavailable?), zinc etc. Can you guys give me some ideas as to what some possible things I could order are? If I have mentioned anything in here that some of you think isn't good for the body, please tell me why and if you can suggest an alternative that would be great. Also anything for pain/inflammation (for dad) would be great. I used to get hyaluronic acid for him but then he tried devil's claw. Is that good or should I get him circumin? Thanks

Be careful with Magnesium or Zinc supplements. One (forgot which one) is usually mixed with calcium which inhibits absorption.

I've been using ZMA, which is a patented mix of zinc and magnesium. Three pills before going to bed on an empty stomach does wonders to the quality of my sleep.

I order Life Extension's Super K. There is quite a bit of disagreement of which vesion of K-vitamin is best, but theirs includes two or three different versions.

Sunlight and fishoil is all you should probably need; your nutrients should come from the all-natural food you eat, and if you stuff you face with a lot of green, leafy stuff you should be good to go.

All the nutri gurus say you should take some probiotics but eat some sauerkraut or kimchi instead.

Oh yeah, dark chocolate (preferably Green & Blacks 72% Cocoa) every once in a while as anti-depressant should be taken on a schedule.
