Persistent sore throat - could be from anxiety/depression. Try taking some Vitamin C.
Chronic fatigue - make sure to get RESTFUL sleep. Try to go to bed around 10:00pm -10:30pm. Sleep until you wake up. Try to not use an alarm clock if you can. Make sure your room is pitch black. Light can affect your sleep.
Very dark circles under eyes - I got this when i didn't get good sleep.
Dry skin - maybe try not showering everyday. Change soaps? Drink plenty of water.
Acne - before bed, rinse face with warm/hot water, then apply lemon juice. Rinse with cold water.
Hemorrhoid- I've had mine for a year or so. It doesn't bother me, but it's annoying. I'd maybe go to doctor for that or get something to clear it up. I haven't really tried much yet though. :P
Slight stomach ache after eating - could be too much starch, otherwise take the probiotic after you eat. It could also be from anxiety/depression.
Depression/Anxiety/Suicidal thoughts - Get the Linden Method. It pretty much cured my anxiety/depression. I still get anxious at times, but I now know what triggers it, what it does, and how to get rid of it. :)
And maybe try cutting out the fish oil.
Could it be digestive problems? Maybe. It could be hypothyroidism, digestive issues, and or/anxiety depression that could be causing all these sensations. It's uber tricky trying to nail it down to one thing, but hang in there. Keep your head up. You're not alone. I've experienced many of the things you've mentioned.
