Hello. I just turned 13 and my name is Wynter (female.) I am not at all unhealthy, in fact I am really petite (145 cm. tall, aka 4 foot 9,) and weigh about 99 to 105 pounds. The heviest I have ever been is 108. I eat very healthy and was raised in an organic-eating family; however no pressure was put on me to "be thin." Although the usual treat was dark chocolate, I still ate ice cream, cake, etc. when I felt like it. My main diet consited of simple meats, fruits, salads, but also potatoes, bread, and sugary peanut butter. Now that I am older, I am showing interest in the Paleo diet after my parents started it two years ago. However, it is hard for me to quit on sugar - mostly mango popsicles, lol. I am not a soda drinker so I stick to coconut water, unsweetened Tazo tea and good old fashion water. Any tips on being Paleo? And is it safe to Paleo when I am so young? I don't feel like it's a "fad diet," rather a lifestyle and my parents agree. Is it safe? Will I suddenly drop to 60 pounds or something?
