You are eating an extremely high histamine diet right now, kefir, bacon, meat, liver etc. are a no, if you can't break down histamine very well.
A paleo diet with ferments, meat, organ meats etc. doesn't work for people with histamine problems, and supplements like quercetin have only a minimal effect when you are pumping your body full of histamine through foods.
I ended up with a full body rash that took half an year to get better when I ate a diet like you are eating right now, I wish I'd listened to my body when the rash started to appear and stopped right there with the kefir, meat, and organ meats.
