I take a 4000iu capsule of Vitamin-d every morning with 32-oz of carrot juice and 2 Green Pastures Cod Liver oil capsules (shooting for 40000 iu of Vitamin-A). I also throw a Vitamin-K2 capsule for good measure!
But while I've read a 10x ratio in favor of Vitamin-A is fine, it doesn't seem to be universally agreed, so I'm wondering if I'm doing more harm than good. ( http://www.tanplusforhealth.com/news/december/cod_liver.htm )
