How long does it take to go into Ketosis and how many carbs does it take to knock someone out of Ketosis?
I'm 17 and weigh around 135lbs and don't seem to be going into Ketosis. I was wondering if it had to do with my carb intake and how long I should go in between cheats.
Anything less than 100g carb will put you in ketosis but the more you restrict carbs the deeper you will be in ketosis. I would say aim for 30g carbs per day.
Also you can do some cardio (jogging or bike) to deplete your liver glycogen to put you in keto faster.
