It's very easy to find how much sugar is in a serving of fruit, but I've never seen this being divided into the sucrose/glucose/fructose ratios.

Just how much fructose IS in fruit? I would assume that there's more fructose than any other sugar, but that doesn't tell me anything useful.

One medium apple has nearly 11,000mg of fructose according to this site: http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/fruits-and-fruit-juices/1809/2. That sure seems like a lot! Self Nutrition Data gives loads of info on other kinds of foods too.

yeah, forgot about the sucrose: 3768mg divided by 2 = 1884mg + 10,738mg fructose = 12,622mg fructose. There is also 6,307mg of glucose. – MiMintzer May 5 2012 at 23:18

Different fruits have varying levels of fructose. Here is a chart that may be useful:

USDA maintains a national nutritional database:

http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/

It contains many foods (not just fruits). Once you find a food, click on full report to get the full detail. It shows 1 medium apple has 10.74 grams of fructose plus 3.77 grams of sucrose (which would be half fructose), so total would be 12.6 grams of fructose:
