I've been doing great on (mostly) paleo. Lost some pounds, more even energy, clearer head.
Last few days I drank some cokes, ate some cake and candy and some pizza.
Ok, so now getting back on track. I am feeling strung out! brain foggy, sleepy. I assume it's the insulin? Is there anything I can do over the next few days to speed up my process of returning to calm, clear, healthy normal? I figure I'll eat almost exclusively fat/protein (no fruit), anything else to help reset me? I hate fogging out at work.
