Hi,

I've been paleo a few months now (not entirely strict but it's still massively changed my eating patterns) but I've yet to see any serious changes such as the benefits to skin, hair, energy etc

Could this be attributed to faulty digestion and is there hope in the future that I will experience this positives if things like candida/leaky gut are corrected?

My flatmates live on a diet of basically tomato ketchup sandwiches! They are younger than me but there skin and hair usually looks better than mine, it's depressing and makes me think genetics might be the major variable at work

Yes, seems like it's usually the case.

What kinds of foods are you eating and what supplements are you taking?

Get more retinol and k2. That will take care of your skin. – Chris May 8 2012 at 23:58
