I bought some cooked brisket from US Wellness that I was thinking of making a sandwich with. I don't want starchy bread but rather something that could fill the same role. I was thinking maybe of a few stacked Romaine hearts. What do you all think?
Or you could pretend it's Passover and enjoy your brisket without any bread :)
All kidding aside, I guess you could make it like an "unwich", like they do at JJ's and just wrap it in lettuce with whatever else you want in there. Yum!
