I'm always busy and sometimes I don't get a chance (or make one) to prepare breakfast/lunch for the next day, resulting in a morning/afternoon gone without much food. Of course, once dinner rolls around 7-9p, I'm practically eating a cow. Even still, I keep within my weight loss restrictions (paleo standards/caloric intake), but because we need food for FUEL, am I eating too late in the day to make much of the difference besides feeding myself?
