I've never really been 100 % committed to paleo, just semi-following the lifestyle of it. I decided to just give up sugar and gluten for a while.
Lately I have been having a lot of pain in my gut and loose fluffy and floaty bowel movements that come really suddenly (as in "oh god I have to go NOW").
Could it be because I haven't been eating meat for the last few days? I just haven't had the opportunity to eat meat so I've been having eggs, nuts, fruits, lots of veggies, sweet potatahs, and yams. Any advice on how to make a smoother transition?
