Insulin resistant people are top heavy apples. Studies say that due to an insufficiency of pancreatic beta cells the body loses the ability to regulate insulin and therefore become diabetic. Most obese people are prediabetic and most skinny fat people are as well especially if they carry most of their fat around the mid section.
There is an herb called the Indian Koni that has been shown the ability to regenerate beta cells in the pancreas. As well, if one does manage to regulate their blood sugar levels decently does it follow that they will lose fat around the mid section?
I am happy with my weight I just don't like where the fat is...so I'm going to regulate my blood sugar to see if that will redistribute my fat to where it used to go when I had more beta cells. I'm using the supplement made by Bell Lifestyles called Blood Sugar...it does contain Indian Koni and I have stopped IFing because it apparently causes insulin resistance in women and I have found that to be true.
