So I just started eating more paleo 2 and 1/2 days ago. I cheat with tiny items like a small piece of cheese a day. but haven't had bread or milk or any pastas. now it seems not long after I eat I get a burning time feeling in my stomach like I am hungry but I just ate...I noticed the feeling a few days ago as well after I went number 2(and there was a lot of it...gross I know) I just don't know what to do. it's making me want to cave and go make some toast! I eat eggs each morning. i have spinach with them. i have some fruit and for snack I had some uncured beef hot dogs and some carrots. and than I was making chicken for dinner and I made myself a fruit smoothie with berries, a banana, and almond milk.
