6 days in constant hunger. WTF. Will it end? Also extremely dizzy throughout the day. Been drinking lots of water and it helps from time to time. What am I not getting enough of?
Any good snack ideas?
I happen to dislike seafood, and have been doing chicken and steak, and even frying some turkey slices for the hell of it. Onions, Garlic, Brocolli, Cauliflower. Fruit, like cantelope is generally desert, and then some cashews or other nuts to munch on, but the hunger never goes away.
My diet before was Breakfast - Eggos 3-4 Snack: Entemans chocolate chip cookies Lunch: bowl of cereal - crispix Dinner: Mac and cheese.
Loved putting cheese on everything and tons of bread. Now no cheese or bread just dizziness hunger and washing out frying pans.
