Hey guys, I don't normally eat breakfast but I'm struggling to eat enough calories each day (avg 1000 calories) I feel that I need to increase this and eating breakfast seems a good place to start.
I already have to wake up 3 hours before I start work so I really don't want to have to wake uo even earlier. Because I have to travel an hour and a half it seems that the easiest option is to eat on my way to work which would make eating bacon and eggs a bit hard :P
My plan is to make a batch of breakfast bars on Sunday night so I have them ready each morning. Because I'm trying to lose weight (about 20Kilo)
I'm avoiding nuts and fruit, but I was thinking because my calories are so low then maybe a small amount each morning wouldn't be too harmful.
Any recommendations would be much appreciated
