What is the nutrient analysis of bone broth?
I've looked all over and found no answer. I would like to know for recording purposes.
My broth tends to turn into gelatin after being in the refrigerator for a little bit. Which surprised me at first but I take it that's a good thing after researching a bit more.
I use a whole chicken and it's organs, plenty of chicken feet, radishes, onions, bay leaves, peppercorns, apple cider vinegar and water. Throw it all in a crock pot and wait 24 hours.
If anyone has any idea how many calories, protein, fat and carbs, let me know.
