hey y'all, i'm looking for something cheap, quick and effective, possibly foot soaks or a body spray, that i can make or buy. looking on the web i see so much marketing hype and weird info...
can i just make a transdermal magnesium "oil" using cheap epsom salts and water in a 2:1 ratio? would that work as well as this magnesium chloride?
can i add anything to the epsom salt water to make it more effective, such as baking soda?
are foot soaks just as good as full body application for muscle/joint soreness and recovery from exercise/stress?
links please if applicable. hopefully i can just do this with the cheap epsom from the local store.
