For the past few days it seems like I've been thinking non-stop about sweets - brownies in particular. Yesterday, a brownie was directly offered to me, and I didn't partake. I'm happy I didn't, but I can't seem to shake this 'need' for something sweet, and fruit isn't cutting it.
Anyone have any suggestions? I've been doing pretty well so far, but I don't want something stupid like a brownie to set me back, because I have a sweet tooth, and if I allow myself one, it would surely cause trouble.
