Just watched it. I think it's great, and very true. I recently left my job living downtown in a big city to move to a village in rural India, and I totally get it. The constant various birds chirping; lizards, frogs, dogs and butterflies everywhere; the urge to play outside more (at dusk. The yellow light is TOO hot right now); to just walk around in the dirt and feel connected to the earth. It's all new to me and it just feels...right. – KellyBoBelly May 23 2012 at 16:01

Just watched it, thanks for posting.

My path was sort of figuring things out independently as best I could, to MDA only for quite a while where everything started to click, to here and everywhere else.

Kind of feels funny to realize in retrospect that MDA was a side door into a bigger world.

Doubt anything else will supplant MDA as my go to source - like LC, he vets everything pretty well, and it's very even keeled.

Awesome vid. This may sound weird but does anyone think that mark Sisson actually resembles a wild ape in a way starting at 5:40. lol
