For those unfamiliar (as I was):
If you are going to eat chips Vacuum Fried seem to be the way to go. Less fat and that fat is there should be better due to lower temperature cooking (also less oxidized?).
Has anyone had these? If so, what brand? How "Paleo/Primal" are they?
I've been looking around but most of these seem to be from China and I have not heard good things about their farming techniques.
Anything with a nutrition label generally isn't paleo.... Put some thinly sliced veggies in your oven, seasoned with Himalayan salt, or pop them in a dehydrator.. thats the paleo way to go...
